Could we do something about increasing bike use and making it more attractive to cyclists? Reducing dependency on cars? At the moment it is often difficult to get parking space for a bike in Kew village. We need more bike parks. The one outside starbucks is very awkward to use because you have to climb over the coffee drinkers!
